Trust & Safety Associate (Norwegian or Estonian Speaker)

Work Hours: Flexibility required for rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment

Are you passionate about keeping the digital world safe and accessible for everyone? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and emotionally resilient professional to join our Trust & Safety team. In this role, you’ll help maintain a secure online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in line with established guidelines.

• Excellent comprehension and communication skills in Estonian or Norwegian (C2) and English (B2)
• Strong emotional resilience, coping, and stress-management abilities
• Capacity to assess information objectively and fairly, without bias
• High attention to detail and the ability to analyze multiple information sources
• Solid critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Review, classify, and, when necessary, remove content according to policy and community standards
• Stay up to date with changes in client guidelines and apply them accurately
• Investigate, escalate, and help resolve complex content-related cases
• Moderate various content types, including text, images, audio, and videos
• Identify and flag potentially sensitive or harmful materials in a timely and consistent manner

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 0–1 year (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Skills: User Generated Content Moderation, Trust & Safety best practices
