Customer Service Advisors needed in Cork!
Locations: At the moment have the following roles available:
- Fermoy covering Little Island & Middelton - 3 month contract (June, July, Aug)
- Macroom covering Wilton & Ballincollig - 12 month contract
- Little Island covering Fermoy & Middleton - 12 month contract
- Middleton covering Little Island & Fermoy - 12 month contract
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, fully onsite
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to kick-start or advance their career in banking.
As a Welcome Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service (including cashier duties where required)
- Guide customers through self-service banking options such as Banking 365
- Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth branch experience
- Update and maintain customer information on internal systems
- Handle basic queries and issues confidently and escalate when necessary
- Share customer insights to help improve service delivery
- Embrace change, innovation, and learning as part of your daily role
- A track record of excellent customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivation with a drive to achieve goals
- A curiosity for technology and openness to learning new systems
