What you'll doSupport the cleaning supervisor
Instruct and guide the cleaning team in approach
Prepare and train on cleaning machinery
Stock take and support with implementing cleaning lists
Actively clean & monitor team approach
Lead and support the cleaning team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in line with company standards
Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and correctly
Check work is at a required standard & manage client expectation
Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
Keep our teams safe, with a close eye on safety and sanitation proceduresMonitor and maintain the highest standards of cleaning and hygiene across all areas.
Attend training as required to continue professional development.
