We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist for our client based in Little Island, Cork. This is a short-term assignment covering Wednesday 22nd & Thursday 23rd of October 2025 ideal for someone with previous reception or administrative experience who is available immediately.
Salary: €16 per hourDuration: Wednesday 22nd & Thursday 23rd October 2025
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage meeting room bookings and handle general office correspondence.
Provide basic administrative support to staff as required.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a reception or front desk role preferred.Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a professional phone manner.
