Senior Business Process Consultant – Dublin
Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Senior Business Process Consultant to join the Strategic Execution Team which is dedicated to delivering change projects across the COO organisation. Most projects involve material transformation of the operating model across multiple locations, whether implementing new technology, improving processes or changing the organisation design.3 days onsite in Dublin, 2 days remote working. Umbrella or Irish Limited company options.
Essential:
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including operating models, systems landscape, and end-to-end process and data flows.
- Have broad experience across Fund accounting, Transfer agency and custody / custodianship
- Proven experience supporting complex transformation initiatives across process, technology, and organisational change in global environments.
- Ability to assess current state operations, identify gaps, and design scalable target operating models aligned to strategic objectives.
- Business Analysis and Technical Capability
- Advanced analytical capability with a structured approach to problem solving, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making, quantify impacts, and validate outcomes.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, interfaces, and integration concepts.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across programme teams, business units, and clients.
- Confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Risk, Governance and Control: Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with appropriate escalation.
- Strong awareness of governance frameworks and regulatory considerations.
- Experience supporting business readiness and risk mitigation planning.
