OTC Pharmacy Sales Assistant - Athenry, Co. Galway (Full-Time)

This person will support the Managing Pharmacist in the dispensary in a busy and challenging environment. The ideal candidate should have previous pharmacy experience and excellent customer service skills.

Experience required – previous customer-facing role with sales experience, ideally pharmacy experience (but not essential). Cashier experience, attention to detail and good IT skills would be an advantage.

Position involves - meeting and greeting customers, providing advice on over-the-counter medications, vitamins, skincare, etc, and referring to the pharmacist where necessary (training will be provided), merchandising the shop floor, stock taking, cleaning of stock, shelves and shop floor regularly.
