Site Manager – Kildare

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 main contractor for an experienced Site Manager to join a major project in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business delivering large- value construction projects across Ireland and the UK.

• Manage daily site operations and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures, RAMS, and site documentation.
• Monitor quality control, inspections, and daily progress reporting.
• Coordinate short-term programmes and highlight delays or risks.
• Manage site logistics, welfare facilities, deliveries, and security.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, Building Control, and project stakeholders.

• Construction-related Degree or equivalent.
• 5–10+ year's experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Experienced on projects valued at €10m+ / £10m+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of site safety and construction standards.
