Our client is expanding and has a key opportunity for an experienced Site Manager (Fit-Out) to join their team on a major project in Dublin.

This is a fantastic chance to work with one of Ireland’s most respected main contractors, delivering high-quality fit-out works across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

The Role:

• Oversee and manage all internal fit-out activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve programme targets.
• Liaise with design teams to ensure top-quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ year's site management experience, ideally with a main contractor.
• Experienced in fit-out projects (clean room experience an advantage).
• Strong trades knowledge with either a degree or trades background.
• Excellent organisational and team management skills.
• IT proficient (Microsoft Office).
