BOEXPERESS LIMITED t/a QUEEN STOP is seeking a dedicated full-time Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Located at 286 Rathmines Rd Lower, Rathmines, Dublin, D06X9X5, our restaurant is looking for a talented chef who is passionate about Chinese cuisine.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes to the highest standards.
- Innovating and refining recipes to enhance our menu.
- Coordinating kitchen staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Upholding strict kitchen hygiene, organization, and cleanliness.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure ingredient freshness.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in cooking Chinese/Asian cuisine and must have previously worked as a Chef specialising in Chinese food for minimum of two years.
A related qualification is desired for this role.
Details:
- Salary: €36,605 per year (based on a 39-hour work week).
- Contract: 2 years full time contract is provided.
