Chef De Partie required by Golden Forest Ltd T/A Boss Stop Restaurant Asian Fusion Cuisine at 24 South Great George St , Dublin 2 . Seeking an experienced Chef-De-Partie to join our kitchen team . The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting head chef in maintaining high food quality standards and supporting daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced chinese cuisine restaurant environment.

• Assisting head chef in preparation of Chinese cuisine and Chinese pastries
• Preparing and cook dishes according to Boss Stop recipes and standards
• Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently during service
• Ensure food quality , consistency and presentation standards are maintained
• Assist with stock control and rotation , food preparation and kitchen organisation
• Monitor food safety and HACCP compliance
• Support and supervise junior kitchen staff when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen
• Assist head chefs with menu preparation and kitchen operations.

• Minimum 2 years experience as Chef De Partie or chef role
• Experience in Asian Cuisine and Chinese pastries preferred
• Strong understanding or kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
