Position Overview:

The OR business has a 32-county focus; however, the primary focus will be Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Galway and Kilkenny regions. There may be times where flexibility to cover hospitals outside this territory will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase sales revenue and profitability across the OR product range.
• Drive new business development and identify commercial opportunities.
• Conduct product trials and provide in-theatre support during surgical procedures.
• Deliver clinical education and training on products and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital decision-makers.
• Offer consistent, high-quality customer service and technical support.
• Contribute to the development and execution of customer education programs.
• Maintain accurate records and account management plans.
• Stay informed on market developments and product innovations.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve business targets.
• Represent the company and brand with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or a Clinical field.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with operating theatre procedures and environments in Ireland is a plus.
• Full, clean driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
• Ideally based within the primary territory area.
