Breffni Insulation is a highly reputable and leading Irish Energy Retrofit Company. As part of our continued expansion, we seek to recruit motivated Skilled/Semi-skilled Operatives. Ideal candidates will have a background in construction and general site work and will have a keen interest in learning new skills.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our exceptionally friendly team, assisting with the retrofitting and installation of our services.Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are proficient with all necessary equipment for this role. You can look forward to expanding your skills and knowledge daily!
Qualifications: While no prior work experience is required, experience on building sites or in related fields would be advantageous.Essential skills:
- Tending to tradesmen.
- Snagging.
- Housekeeping & Protection Works.
- Ability/experience to work with or lead a team.
- self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
- Open to receiving instructions and implementing as required.
- Excellent Communication and customer facing skills.
- Knowledge of Building & Retrofit and Practices.
- Excellent Written and Spoken English.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous experience required in a similar role.
- Safepass and Manual Handling essential.
- Full clean drivers license.
