As a Social Worker in this service, you will:

• Provide person-centred social work support to adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Conduct assessments, develop support plans, and coordinate services to promote independence, well-being, and social inclusion.
• Advocate for service users to ensure their rights and needs are fully met.
• Collaborate closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and case supervision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker (CORU registration required or pending).
• Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, community services, or care settings.
• Strong assessment, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a team.
• Empathy, resilience, and a passion for supporting adults with complex needs.
