Administration Officer (Grade IV) - Blackrock New

Cpl has an urgent requirement for an Administration Officer (Grade IV) to provide clerical support in a busy Public Sector department based in Blackrock, Cork.
- 35 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- €19.57/hour
- Temp Contract (3 months initially)
What you will be doing:
- Inputting data into the database
- Liaising with other departments obtaining files as required
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets of activities
- File preparation and uploading documents to the database
- Assist the department with the roll out of a new internal system
What you will have:
- At least 1 year of professional administration experience
- Minute taking experience highly desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Tech/Systems Savy - experience working with a lot of systems
