Administration Officer (Grade IV) - Blackrock New

Cpl has an urgent requirement for an Administration Officer (Grade IV) to provide clerical support in a busy Public Sector department based in Blackrock, Cork.
  • 35 hours/week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • €19.57/hour
  • Temp Contract (3 months initially)

What you will be doing:

  • Inputting data into the database
  • Liaising with other departments obtaining files as required
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets of activities
  • File preparation and uploading documents to the database
  • Assist the department with the roll out of a new internal system

What you will have:

  • At least 1 year of professional administration experience
  • Minute taking experience highly desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organisation
  • Tech/Systems Savy - experience working with a lot of systems
