Trade Counter - Plumbing Expert New

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and products, combined with excellent communication and sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new leads and potential customers in both residential and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored plumbing solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Generate new sales through outbound calls, in-person meetings, and other business development techniques.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations regarding plumbing products, services, and system installations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing systems, products, and industry trends to provide customers with expert guidance.
• Conduct product demonstrations to show the features, benefits, and value of plumbing products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and provide excellent pre-sale and post-sale support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing sales or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
