Core Responsibilities: Administration, Information Management and Accounts
Manage all queries from stakeholders for the Limerick BranchAccounting record keeping for all three branches
Procurement duties ensuring the best value for money with all suppliers
Essential Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of governance standards, including the Charities Regulator’s Governance Code and internal controls.
Efficient in Microsoft 365 and other software packages including word, PowerPoint, excel and CanvaExcellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience in management and supervision of staff or volunteers
Budgetary and financial experience for a not-for-profit organisation
A minimum of 1 year Youth Work Experience
Train-the trainer and instructor trained to deliver evidence-based wellness courses such as WRAP, Decider Skills, Safety Intervention TrainingA commitment to the mission, values, and goals of Haven Hub CLG.
Plan and timetable activities for service users in accordance with the Body Mind Boost and other ProgrammesRecord keeping of interventions and participants for the service
Delivery of Courses and Training:Deliver a number of evidence-based courses to the community including WRAP, Decider Skills, Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Workshops
Deliver evidence-based wellness courses to schools and employers including Decider Skills, WRAP and Be-spoke workshops
Deliver training to the volunteers of The Haven Hub including Effective Peer Support, Suicide Prevention (QPR) and Safety Intervention
Management of the Youth Group Projects:Support and manage the youth new Haven Hub Youth Groups and manage the youth group projects ensuring that they keep in line with safeguarding policies, budgetary constraints and internal policies
Support the Board of DirectorsSupport each of the board of Directors with their responsibilities including fundraising, social media, finance, governance, recruitment and training
Attend Board meetings to report to the Board of Directors as required
Prepare monthly updates as required by the Board of Directors
Other general and ad-hoc duties as required by The Board of Directors
Salary €22,000 (pro-rata)
