Warehouse Operator / Trade Counter Professional
A leading builders' merchants based in South Dublin are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator / Trade Counter Professional to help drive our customer service and warehouse operations to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently from the warehouse.Assist customers at the trade counter with product selection, queries, and order processing.
Manage goods inwards – receive, check, and store deliveries correctly.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Build strong relationships with trade customers, offering excellent service and product advice.
Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a builders' merchants or a similar trade environment is preferred.Good knowledge of building materials (an advantage but not essential – training provided).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A team player with a can-do attitude.
