We are currently partnering with a global tech business to hire Hebrew-speaking Technical Support Specialists to join their growing Dublin team.
This is not a traditional customer service role. The position is focused on supporting complex digital products, troubleshooting technical and advertising-related issues, and working closely with specialist teams to resolve problems end-to-end.

The role will involve:
- Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues
- Supporting customers and internal teams

- Fluent Hebrew & English
- Previous Technical Support / Product Support / SaaS Support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
- Interest in technology and digital products
Shift Pattern: Rotational schedule between 8am–10pm
