Role: Business Analyst, will collaborate closely with users to interpret and transform business needs into tangible outcomes, playing a pivotal role in deploying the CRM solution and enhancing operational efficiencies throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizing Lean methodologies and process analytics to assess and streamline current processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Conducting cross-functional workshops to drive process enhancements and digital automation initiatives.
• Engaging with global teams to revamp processes, identify digital optimization prospects, and devise business cases and delivery strategies.
• Mentoring teams in Lean principles application to foster continuous improvement.
• Crafting precise requirement specifications using standardized templates and translating user needs into developer-friendly functional requirements.
• Validating requirements for completeness, consistency, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize business needs and outline project deliverables.
• Prototyping interfaces and attributes based on user inputs as needed.
• Assessing purchased solutions to ensure optimal functionality alignment.
• Developing process models, diagrams, and specifications to guide development teams and vendors.
• Monitoring requirement status throughout project phases and communicating changes effectively to project stakeholders.
• Evaluating existing requirement-gathering processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contributing to the organization's process optimization capabilities through tool development, best practices, and guidance dissemination.
