Lead A Field Fundraising Team - Make an Impact Every Day - 42K OTE

Location: Field-based (nationwide) Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
What You’ll Do- Lead and support a small team of fundraisers across Ireland
- Train, coach, and motivate new starters
- Help your team hit daily and weekly targets
- Fundraise door-to-door alongside your team and lead by example
- Create a positive, high-performance culture
- Great communication and leadership skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in fundraising, sales, or team leadership (preferred, not essential)
- Confidence working outdoors and travelling locally
- Hands-on approach – you lead from the front
- €30,000–€35,000 base salary (DOE)
- €12,000+ uncapped commission
- Car allowance + daily lunch allowance
- 20 days annual leave + 10 bank holidays
