Head of Service Delivery - Dublin New
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Service Delivery to lead the execution of large-scale operational services across a complex, multi-partner environment. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving performance, ensuring service excellence and delivering operational strategy at scale.
Reporting to executive leadership, you will take full ownership of end-to-end service delivery, overseeing logistics, operational performance and partner execution. A key focus of the role is the management of outsourced service providers and delivery partners, ensuring strong governance, contractual performance and continuous improvement across all third-party relationships.
You will define and implement a data-driven service delivery model, using performance metrics, KPIs and operational insights to drive efficiency, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Establishing robust governance frameworks, reporting structures and escalation processes will be central to ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
As a senior leader, you will build and develop high-performing teams, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. You will also lead complex operational programmes and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery against organisational objectives within defined timelines and governance structures.
You will act as a key escalation point for operational challenges, working proactively to resolve issues, address root causes and enhance overall service performance.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in service delivery, operations or programme management within complex, outsourced or multi-stakeholder environments. You will be commercially aware, highly analytical and confident managing large-scale operations with multiple partners.
