Job Description
FRS Recruitment is inviting applications on behalf of a growing Agri organisation for the role of Territory Sales Manager, a full-time permanent position. This organisation is a long-standing wholesaler and distributor of agricultural parts and machinery with extensive industry experience and continued growth across Ireland, the UK, and international markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding an existing customer base across Cork, Kerry and Limerick, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
The Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and fostering strong customer relationships. You will promote a well-established product range, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that support long-term business growth.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively sourcing new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and provide regular performance updates to the Sales Manager.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in agricultural sales or a related field.
- Apply strong knowledge of agricultural products, technologies, and market practices.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Collaborate as part of a wider team when required.
- Travel regularly throughout Cork, Kerry and Limerick.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role within the agricultural industry or related sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and progress.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Competitive salary OTE €36–40k (Basic €27k + guaranteed €6k commission for the first 6 months), with increasing commission potential year on year.
