We are expanding our innovative, award-winning team and currently seeking a Human Resource Graduate (2 year fixed term).
General scope of role:The Human Resource (HR) Graduate is a support role within the HR Department. The HR Graduate will report directly to the Human Resource Manager and will support the management role in ensuring the department is run efficiently and effectively.
This role is a two year fixed term contract with a start date of September 1st 2025.
Main duties: Provide general administration support to the Human Resource Department
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring all documentation is up to dateMonitor and support on-boarding tasks
Administrator for payroll
Assist in development of employee wellbeing initiatives
Review timesheets and highlight anomalies to Human Resources Manager
Schedule & prepare for performance management meetings
Act as a contact and support point for HR Department
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
Handle other HR-related duties to support the teams needs
Generate HR reports on a timely basis eg, absence, headcount report, holidays etc
Specific projects as assigned by the Human Resource Manager
Ensure compliance with ISO9001, employment legislation and organisational policies

Minimum requirements of HR Graduate: Previous experience in a HR role (preferred but not required)
Required Business/HR/Psychology Degree or equivalent within the last four yearsStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation
Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiency in a busy organisation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Teams, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task
Flexibility to move between projects
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Positive attitude to assist all departments and a willingness to take on new tasks
Proven ability to adapt to new IT Software
Proficiency in written and spoken English
You will be expected to attend training courses where necessary to assist you in carrying out these duties.
The HR Graduate role requires a minimum of 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A reasonable level of overtime may be required to ensure the fulfilment of the requirements of this role.
