Health & Safety Specialist

PM Group now has an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Specialist with five years plus relevant experience. If you’re looking to apply your expertise in a regulated manufacturing environment and be part of a growing team, I’d be delighted to have a conversation.
- - Support day‑to‑day Health & Safety activities across manufacturing and support functions
- Assist with risk assessments and the implementation of appropriate control measures
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow‑up actions
- Assist with safety inspections, audits, and compliance activities
- Provide support for activities involving hazardous substances and materials
- Contribute to safety training, awareness initiatives, and communication activities
- Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and other stakeholders to promote safe working practices
- - 5 years plus relevant experience
- Relevant Degree / Certifications
- Background in Health & Safety or a related technical discipline
- Experience in an industrial or regulated manufacturing environment
- General understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and a practical, hands‑on approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
