You'll work on complex and challenging multi-jurisdictional assignments and gain experience working with prestigious and interesting clients - from the largest multinational organisations to Irish start-ups and private businesses expanding their international footprint.
You’ll be encouraged to innovate to solve complex problems and develop digital tools to help us maximize the client experience.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Work on a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop as a manager of your own portfolio.
Build client relationships while assisting in the ongoing management of client projects, business development and participation in various consultancy projects.
Engage in a hybrid working environment with efficient management of personal assignments, coaching and supporting others, while reporting to a team of experienced managers, senior managers, directors and partners.
Mentor and coach trainees, promoting autonomy to make a difference and deliver results.

About you – Key skills and competencies:At least 3 years experience in Transfer Pricing. The ideal candidate would have experience in a mature TP market where a large proportion of time was spent on consulting projects.
Degree in accounting, economics, finance, international business, law or other relevant disciplines/areas.
Post-graduate degree or qualification preferred with a strong academic record.
Ability to successfully multitask while working independently or within a group environment
Strong business acumen; ability to think commercially on projects and share industry insights with teams.
Ability to identify gaps in the market and support our business development initiative
