About this role:
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Change & Release Manager to take ownership of end-to-end release management across a complex enterprise technology landscape. This role will be responsible for coordinating software releases, managing multiple environments, and ensuring seamless deployments across development, testing, pre-production, and production systems.
Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will play a key role in maintaining system stability, minimising risk, and driving best practices across release and environment management processes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative team supporting critical business systems and ongoing transformation initiatives.
In this role you will need:
- 8+ years' experience in Release Management, Environment Management, or a similar role within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Proven experience managing complex ERP, CRM, and integration platform releases, ideally within SAP landscapes.
- Experience coordinating releases across multiple environments, including development, testing, pre-production, and production.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Change, Release, and Configuration Management.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable experience:
- Strong knowledge of SAP release management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, TMS, and CTS+.
- Exposure to cloud-hosted SAP environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience using monitoring and performance management tools.
- Previous involvement in large-scale transformation or ERP programmes.
What's on offer?
