Here at Osborne, we are currently working with a superb, growing company working in the nutrition and supplements sector, which is seeking to add an experienced Executive Assistant to their fast-paced, collegial team.
Salary: €45,000- €50,000Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Thurs), 9am-5pm (Fri)
Location: South Dublin
In this role as Executive Assistant, the successful candidate can expect to be responsible for the following areas, among others:
Acting as first point of contact for the CEOs office, reviewing and prioritising inbound telephone, e-mail and postal communications, and responding/escalating as appropriate.
Act as the right-hand person to our CEO, managing their busy schedule, including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & location
Proactive travel management to include researching and booking travel, creating detailed itineraries, and providing any required assistance with visas
Coordinate office events and activities, assist in organising corporate events, meals, conferences and group activities. Organisation of Board Meetings and other strategic off-site meetings
Engage with other members of the Executive Leadership Team to understand business needs and priorities
Communicating with internal and external parties, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of presentation and meeting materials including carrying out research as directed.
Update and champion modern office management processes and the use of available databases and IT systems
Provide administrative & office support to strategic internal projects where required, including but not limited to, IT, HR and other Office Management projects

A demonstrable track record of supporting and working at senior executive level
5+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
Strong organizational and analytical skills
High level of written and verbal communications
Be self-directed, take initiative and be proactive
High-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Must exhibit flexibility, prioritization skills and ability to multi-task
An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion is essential
