A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator/Book-Keeper for the CE Scheme - Southside Training & Development Ltd., based in Wilton, Cork.
Some of the duties include: Answering the office telephone, taking messages and relaying same
Preparing and producing monthly accountsAdministration eg., producing and maintaining timesheets, logging annual leave, sick leave
Arranging committee meetings and taking minutes
Filing
Ordering office supplies
Liaising with other sponsors and participants in relation to the CE Scheme
