Position summary
The (Junior) IT Support is responsible for providing first-class technical support across Manna’s operational and office environments. This role ensures the smooth setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and systems used by our teams, both remotely and onsite.Operating across multiple locations, the IT Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining secure, efficient, and resilient IT infrastructure that supports the fast-paced and innovative nature of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated IT support across Manna’s sites and teams.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across hardware, software, and systems.
- Deliver onsite support for issues of varying complexity.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and provision necessary hardware.
- Configure and maintain equipment and systems for operational sites.
- Identify and implement improvements to strengthen IT security.
- Prioritise and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Being part of a dynamic team at the forefront of drone delivery innovation.
- Playing a key role in building and maintaining a reliable tech infrastructure.
- Working in a challenging, rewarding role with room for growth.
- Receiving comprehensive training and support across your responsibilities.
- Supporting operations across our multi-site locations in Dublin and beyond.
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and systems troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with Unifi (access points, switches), HP, and Dell hardware.
- Knowledge of Azure is a strong advantage.
- 2 years of experience on the similar position.
