The Team

Join a dynamic Data Reporting Support team focused on delivering and maintaining high-quality reporting solutions for a major workplace investing business. You’ll collaborate with teams across locations to support and enhance critical data applications that serve millions of end users.

• 5+ years in data engineering or application support with strong Oracle, DB2, or Postgres SQL/PLSQL skills
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar web-based platforms
• Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages like Python, Linux Shell, PowerShell, C#, or Java
• Hands-on experience building and deploying data solutions on Azure Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, uDeploy, Concourse) and creating deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Understanding of IAM roles, security policies, certificates, and cloud security practices
• Experience with system administration on Windows or Linux and preferably Denodo administration
• Strong application support background with troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Data analysis experience with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving tenacity
• Comfortable working collaboratively across dispersed teams with excellent communication skills

• Ability to quickly investigate and resolve complex issues in reporting environments
