Part Time Receptionist

Receptionist - Part time (3 Days per Week)

Hours: 24 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Full Days)

I am currently working on a part time Receptionist position with a long time client of ours. They are looking for a friendly and personable person to join their team in an office environment near the Marina in Cork.

This is a part time, office based role perfect for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a knack for keeping things running smoothly at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and clients with professionalism
• Answering phones and handling basic enquiries
• Managing incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
• Assisting with general administrative tasks (e.g. filing, data entry, scheduling of meetings)

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role is desirable
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Confident using computer systems and standard office software

Job Details:

• Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (9am-5pm or similar)
• Hours: 24 hours per week
• Rate: €16 per hour
