Part-Time Temporary Receptionist – Drogheda

We are looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Temporary Receptionist to join our team in Drogheda.

Duties:

Front desk & switchboard operations

Greeting visitors and managing mail

Opening/closing the office and basic security checks

General admin support and project work

Microsoft Office tasks (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)

Meeting room setup and office supplies management

Filing, invoicing support and record keeping

Skills:

Previous reception/admin experience preferred

Strong communication and organisational skills

Reliable, trustworthy and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently
