Limerick City Hotel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. This is a full-time position offering a salary of €34,000 per year, based on a 39-hour working week.
As Commis Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the preparation and cooking of a variety of fresh dishes, ensuring presentation and quality are upheld at all times. You'll assist with stock rotation, maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, and accurately record temperatures and cleaning logs.You’ll also be involved in plating, portion control, and kitchen upkeep, working closely with senior chefs to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
