Front of House Receptionist

Location: Dublin 4

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to provide a warm and welcoming environment at a prestigious Members’ Club in Dublin 4. As the first point of contact for Members and visitors, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a polished manner, and a strong background in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome Members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle all incoming calls and redirect them as appropriate.
  • Provide accurate information on events, facilities, and general enquiries.
  • Manage messages efficiently and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Ensure all guests are assisted courteously and professionally.
  • Address any front-of-house queries or operational issues as they arise.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. maintenance, cleaning, and security) to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage online bookings for meeting rooms when required.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service role.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and friendly attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
