Front of House Receptionist
Location: Dublin 4
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to provide a warm and welcoming environment at a prestigious Members’ Club in Dublin 4. As the first point of contact for Members and visitors, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a polished manner, and a strong background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle all incoming calls and redirect them as appropriate.
- Provide accurate information on events, facilities, and general enquiries.
- Manage messages efficiently and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Ensure all guests are assisted courteously and professionally.
- Address any front-of-house queries or operational issues as they arise.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g. maintenance, cleaning, and security) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage online bookings for meeting rooms when required.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service role.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
