Senior Site Manager

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and report to senior project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activity, including subcontractor management and site logistics
• Drive compliance with health & safety standards (ISO accredited environment)
• Monitor programme, quality, and cost performance
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting
• Support project handover and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on medium to large-scale building projects
• Trade background or construction-related qualification (degree/diploma preferred)
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively
• Strong understanding of health & safety and BCAR compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
