What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Trainer, you will play a key role in developing high-performing sales professionals by designing and delivering engaging learning experiences.
Training Delivery & Coaching- Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs for new and experienced employees
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs
- Support managers and team leaders in developing talent and improving performance
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy learning culture
- Design and develop training materials, e-learning content, assessments, certifications, and learning resources
- Conduct training needs analyses and identify opportunities to improve employee performance
- Create structured learning pathways aligned to business goals
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure business impact through feedback and performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and cross-functional teams
- Establish feedback loops between learners and leadership to continuously improve training programs
- Recommend innovative learning solutions and process improvements
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to administer courses, track participation, and generate training reports
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience- 1+ years' experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or Talent Development
- 1+ years' experience within the Technology, AI, Cloud, or Digital sector
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed
- Experience working in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training
- Experience coaching sales professionals in a performance-driven environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of learning design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience conducting skills gap analyses and recommending learning interventions
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
