Maintenance Fitter
Telfer Limited is currently recruiting Maintenance Fitters for the site at 35-37 South Great George's Street,
Dublin 2, Dublin, D02 AX50.
are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep
of hotel and restaurant facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine
maintenance, repairs, and inspections across guest areas, kitchens, back-of-house spaces, and
accommodation rooms, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, public areas, and equipment
- Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain hotel rooms and restaurant areas to a high standard of presentation
- Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialist repairs are required
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role essential.
Remuneration is € 36,605 per annum based on 39 hours per week.
