Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide administrative and coordination support to the CRM Manager and widerTeam. You will act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring the centralised tracking system is maintained to the highest standards.

Your contribution will be vital in delivering a consistent, professional, and customer-focused service.

You will play a key role in managing inquiries, maintaining accurate data, and facilitating smooth communication between clients, suppliers, consulting engineers, and the external sales team.

You bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the organisation in a courteous and professional manner, upholding core values at all times.
  • Monitor, filter, and categorize inquiries from a shared mailbox.
  • Input, update, and manage all client, project, and inquiry information within the CRM system.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and consistently structured to provide a reliable information source for management and the technical team.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all necessary documentation and project notes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while managing their specific requirements.
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role.
  • An exceptional attitude toward customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of stakeholder interaction.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Desirable Skills
  • Prior experience in an engineering, construction, or technical environment.
  • Previous experience with CRM data management or customer service coordination.
