Are you an organised and reliable individual who enjoys working in a hands-on environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative/Administrator to join our clients team and play a vital role in keeping their warehouse operations running smoothly.
In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for supporting both the day-to-day warehouse activities and administrative functions.

Salary: DOE
Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations
Assist with daily warehouse duties including picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.Operate forklifts and handle stock movement safely and efficiently (training provided if required).
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company policies.
Uphold product quality and hygiene standards at all times.
Administrative Support:
Record and reconcile all incoming and outgoing goods accurately.Coordinate with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
Support the stock control process by maintaining up-to-date inventory and sales records.
Provide administrative cover during periods of leave, ensuring smooth operations across the team.
Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation as required.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, ERP systems an advantage).
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
