Company Secretary / Senior Administrator Part Time

placeIreland calendar_month

This well-established, international firm provides specialist corporate and fiduciary services to high-net-worth individuals who own and manage luxury assets such as aircraft and yachts.

With over 40 years of expertise and a strong reputation in private client services, they offer tailored, compliant solutions across multiple jurisdictions, backed by in-house tax, legal, and compliance professionals.

Operating with a relationship-driven ethos, the team is known for its collaborative culture, high standards, and discretion in managing complex structures and asset portfolios.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of private client companies, taking full ownership of their administration from incorporation through to dissolution.

This includes acting as director on client entities, handling VAT registrations, company filings, compliance, and corporate governance.

This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-trust environment and has a strong track record in corporate administration or company secretarial work — ideally with experience in private client structures or high-value assets.

Duties
  • Act as a Director on client companies and lead on all statutory duties
  • Manage incorporations, annual returns, VAT registrations, and dissolutions
  • Liaise with clients, legal advisers, banks, registries, and tax professionals
  • Prepare board packs, company minutes, and maintain corporate records
  • Support onboarding of new client entities and ensure full compliance with local regulations
  • Oversee bank account opening, payments, invoicing, and collaboration with finance teams

This is a part-time role within a warm and welcoming firm, and the days/times worked are completely flexible to suit you. There might be an opportunity to increase hours in the future, if desired.

Ideally you will be living in Dublin, or at least within commutable distance to the city and its airport. Applications are also invited from candidates who are prepared to relocate to Dublin (or a nearby town) for the role.

A highly competitive basic salary is on offer alongside excellent benefits including generous holiday allowance, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, healthcare cover and annual company bonus.

Essentials
  • Experience working in corporate services, company secretarial, or private client administration
  • Proven ability to manage high-net-worth client structures with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in administering VAT registered companies, with a knowledge of Irish company law, VAT requirements, regulations and compliance
  • Confident communicator, who has worked with government bodies, lawyers, banks, and UHNWI's
  • CGI/ICSA qualification or relevant professional training desirable

This is a small, supportive organisation, with a professional but personable culture. You should be confident working independently, and mainly remote working from home. Interested? Then apply today.
