Our multinational Technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for an experience HR Business Partner for an 11 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for supporting business leaders for employee relations across EMEA & LATAM.
You will be responsible for case management aligned relevant employment law, and providing business partnership support. Hybrid working on offer of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED- Provide consultation and coaching to managers and leaders
- Case Management of ER related issues
- Partner with centres of excellence to resolve problems
- Lead the performance management processes
- Management of investigations, grievances disciplinaries.
- Analyse data, trends, and develop solutions
- Partner with HR business partners and centres of excellence
- Ensure compliance with employment law, regulations, policies and procedures
- HR-related Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years HRBP experience or relevant experience
- Experience with Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Experience working in a global company across different geographies, highly desirable
- Experience with HRIS (Workday) and ticketing system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
