Site Manager – New Commercial Project

A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new commercial construction project in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and deliver a high-quality project from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Implement and enforce health & safety procedures in line with company and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks throughout all stages of construction.

• At least 5 year's experience in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience delivering commercial projects in Ireland.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
• Full, clean driving licence.

• Construction-related degree, diploma, or trade background.
• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects.
