Construction Worker for Punchestown
The Construction Worker is responsible for carrying out general building and site duties to support construction projects in the Punchestown area. The role involves site preparation, assisting skilled trades, operating tools and small plant, and ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with site setup and preparation
Carry out general labouring duties
Support groundworks, concrete works, and drainage installation
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate hand tools and small power tools safely
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Follow instructions from supervisors and site management
Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations
Assist trades such as carpenters, bricklayers, and machine operators
Skills & Requirements
Previous construction site experience preferred
Valid Safe Pass (mandatory in Ireland)
Manual Handling certification
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Good teamwork and communication skills
Strong awareness of health and safety practices
Reliable and punctual
