Payroll Administrator New - Cork

I am working with an established client that are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent role that offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, depot managers, and accountants.
  • Post weekly payroll journal entries to the accounting system.
  • Prepare weekly payroll reports for management.
  • Support the Accounts Payable team with occasional ad hoc tasks.
  • Manage the payroll exit process for departing employees.

Requirements:

  • IPASS qualification or 2–3 years’ experience managing payroll for a high-volume workforce.
  • Experience with Sage Payroll is advantageous.
