I am working with an established client that are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent role that offers a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, depot managers, and accountants.
- Post weekly payroll journal entries to the accounting system.
- Prepare weekly payroll reports for management.
- Support the Accounts Payable team with occasional ad hoc tasks.
- Manage the payroll exit process for departing employees.
Requirements:
- IPASS qualification or 2–3 years’ experience managing payroll for a high-volume workforce.
- Experience with Sage Payroll is advantageous.
