Overview
A full-time Project Manager is required to support a large-scale global programme focused on the rollout of a technology platform across multiple countries. The role sits within a complex IT and Business environment and is responsible for coordinating testing and hypercare activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
The Project Manager will report into the Programme Execution Lead and will work closely with the Testing & Hypercare Workstream Lead. This role is critical in ensuring structured delivery, cross-functional alignment, and smooth go-live execution across global regions.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Planning & Delivery- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for testing and hypercare phases
- Align delivery schedules with overall programme milestones, release cycles, and quality gates
- Track progress across multiple regions, teams, and dependencies
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of testing and hypercare strategies
- Coordinate test case development with subject matter experts and ensure readiness for execution
- Track defects, manage triage processes, and support resolution activities
- Oversee structured hypercare support during and post go-live phases
- Act as a central coordination point across Business and IT stakeholders
- Produce clear status reports, updates, and executive-level presentations
- Translate complex technical and delivery information into business-friendly language
- Support alignment across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Plan and facilitate workshops, meetings, and large-scale testing sessions (up to ~50 participants)
- Drive decision-making, issue resolution, and alignment during structured sessions
- Support both onsite and virtual collaboration across global teams
- Track and report on KPIs, risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID management)
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and delivery frameworks
- Escalate risks and blockers with clear mitigation and resolution plans
- Provide ad hoc project management and administrative support where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and deployment processes
Skills & Experience Required
Essential- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale IT or transformation programmes
- Strong experience working across Business and IT cross-functional teams
- Experience in global or multi-country programme environments
- Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability to analyse issues, defects, and risks using strong critical thinking
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
