BIUECO Management Limited, a dynamic and growing asset management company, is seeking a Finance & Investment Analyst to support its expanding investment and property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-level strategic financial planning and investment decision-making.

Duties and responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to evaluate current and potential asset investments, including property and diversified portfolios.

Support portfolio managers in developing and implementing investment strategies to optimize returns and manage risk.

Prepare detailed investment appraisals, cash flow forecasts, and scenario analyses to inform acquisition and divestment decisions.

Monitor and report on the financial performance of assets under management, including preparing quarterly and annual performance reports for senior management and investors.

Conduct market research and macroeconomic analysis to identify trends and assess their impact on asset valuations and investment opportunities.

Assist in preparing business cases and strategic recommendations for capital allocation, portfolio rebalancing, and new market entry.

Support due diligence processes on new acquisitions, including financial, operational, and market assessments.

Liaise with external advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial and investment regulations.

Develop and maintain robust financial models to support ongoing asset and fund performance monitoring.

Contribute to investor relations by preparing high-quality financial presentations and responding to investor queries regarding portfolio performance and strategy.

Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial or investment analysis, ideally within property or asset management industry.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and research skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
