What You’ll Be Doing
  • Become a product expert across a complex digital advertising platform
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting advertisers and internal sales teams
  • Manage cases end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service delivery
  • Identify whether issues are caused by product bugs, user confusion, or technical errors
  • Work closely with specialist support teams and engineers on escalated cases
  • Clearly explain solutions, workarounds, and next steps to stakeholders
  • Help improve the customer experience by providing high-quality technical support
  • Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
  • Native or fluent Hebrew with strong English communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, systems, and online platforms
  • Experience in customer support, technical support, or online operations is highly desirable
  • Experience working in KPI or target-driven environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical issues
  • Positive team player with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and products
