What You’ll Be Doing- Become a product expert across a complex digital advertising platform
- Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting advertisers and internal sales teams
- Manage cases end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service delivery
- Identify whether issues are caused by product bugs, user confusion, or technical errors
- Work closely with specialist support teams and engineers on escalated cases
- Clearly explain solutions, workarounds, and next steps to stakeholders
- Help improve the customer experience by providing high-quality technical support
- Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Native or fluent Hebrew with strong English communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with digital tools, systems, and online platforms
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or online operations is highly desirable
- Experience working in KPI or target-driven environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical issues
- Positive team player with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and products
