Assistant Manager – Supermac’s Cork Rd, Waterford

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver outstanding service every day.
• Supervise team members and ensure daily tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
• Be fully focused on both customers and your team.
• Lead from the front and actively develop your team.
• Train team members on all aspects of Supermac’s operations.
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
• Assist the Store Manager with employee relations when necessary.

Your Profile:

• At least 2 years of management experience in the food industry.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and planning abilities.
• Passionate about customer service and professional in all public-facing situations.
• Hands-on, energetic, motivating, and innovative.
• Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) is required.
• Flexible to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
