Key Responsibilities

Effectively operate, maintain equipment and machinery as required.
Maintain and manage farm’s irrigation systems.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and learn new skills.
Be available for flexible hours for peak seasonal times.
Completing ad hoc duties as directed by the Farm Manager.

Key Requirements

Hard working, motivated, flexible & ability to work well in a busy environment.
Ability to work overtime/ weekends when needed.
Ability to communicate in English language
