M&M Moore Ltd t/a Doherty's Costcutters Ballybofey are currently seeking qualified personnel in the art of Thai and European cuisine and cooking techniques. (4 positions available)

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of Thai and European cuisine experience and have a full understanding of being able to use and operate an industrial 'Chinese cooker' with the skills and knowledge of frying, stewing, steaming, deep frying, grilling and authentic Thai.

Must have a sound understanding of the English vocabulary and be able to communicate in both Thai and English (verbally and written).

Must be flexible and be able to work weekday's as well as Saturday's and occasional Sunday's. Job location: Ballybofey, Co. Donegal, Ireland.
